Birth Doula Support includes:

• 3 in-person prenatal visits where we will connect and discuss the following:

  • preparing for postpartum and creating plans for postpartum time.

  • creating your birth preferences + intentions + reviewing your childbirth education classes.

  • discussing in detail how I will best support you during your birth.

  • ensuring you have all of the support, information, and resources that you need.

• Unlimited text + phone support upon hire.

• Herbal support and yoga + movement tips for nourishment and pain relief.

• Access to carefully selected resource sheets, packing lists, educational sheets and videos, registry shopping suggestions, and more.

• In-person physical, emotional, informational, and advocacy support during your labor.

• Photography of your birth

• 2-3 hours of immediate postpartum support.

• One 2 hour postpartum visit to discuss and process your birth together, see how you are doing as a family, and provide resources and recommendations as needed.

• 1 month of unlimited postpartum virtual support

Pricing:

Sliding Scale- Please place yourself honestly on the scale. I do not ask for any verification. This allows me to support families at various income levels while still sustaining myself as this is my full time career! Thank you for your consideration.

Diamond- $3000

(you’re comfortably able to meet all of your needs, you own a home or rent a higher-end property, you’re employed or don’t need to work, you have savings & expendable income)

Emerald- $1600-$2600

(you may stress about meeting your needs but still regularly achieve them, you have some expendable income, you own/lease a car, you have access to healthcare)

Sapphire- $1000

(you frequently stress about meeting needs and don’t always achieve them, you rent lower end housing or housing is unstable, you qualify for government assistance, you have no access to savings)
